We are looking for a structured and business-oriented ERP Finance Systems Specialist to join our IT organization and support the Finance Systems landscape. The role works closely with the ERP product owner, Finance stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that our ERP system effectively supports business processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is not a traditional support role. The focus is on understanding finance processes, analyzing requirements, and driving system and process improvements in collaboration with the ERP product owner and stakeholders.

You will act as a key link between Finance and IT, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear requirements and implemented effectively across the ERP landscape. This is a 6 month FTC position.

  • Support and drive improvements within the Finance Systems landscape.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors to help ensure clear communication and follow-up.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system and process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives and system optimization projects.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
  • Support system integrations and data flows to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Participate in strategic discussions regarding future system architecture and roadmap.
  • Support global users and stakeholders across multiple regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial processes with the ability to translate business needs into ERP system and process requirements.
  • At least 5 years working with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Experience with system integrations, reporting, or process automation.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, or system support roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
