Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk or within an MSP
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 in a business environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure AD
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
  • Experience using IT helpdesk or ticketing systems to manage multiple support requests
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line technical support to business clients as one of the first points of contact via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Accurately log and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution with clear updates and communication
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Carry out user administration within Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
  • Support network connectivity and hardware issues
  • Assist with new equipment installations and deployments
  • Visit client sites when required to resolve technical issues

You will join our growing team of 8 experienced engineers in a fast‑paced but friendly environment where we encourage technical development and career progression. We offer exposure to a broad range of modern technologies, ongoing training and development, a competitive salary of £27k‑£28k depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension, free on‑site parking, regular company events, and a supportive team culture. We work 40 hours per week, 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 1‑hour lunch.
