About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and go-to-market strategy for our new Regulatory Workflow SaaS Tool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements within the gambling and payments industries and a proven track record of bringing SaaS products to market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy
- Use AI prototyping tools to validate feature concepts and UX hypotheses before engineering resource is committed
- Synthesise customer feedback, support tickets, usage data, and interview notes using AI tooling - processing high volumes of qualitative input at pace into structured product insight
- Operate within a fast release cadence (weekly or continuous delivery); adapt grooming, planning, and acceptance rituals accordingly
- Embed AI-assisted testing into the delivery cycle: contribute to acceptance test coverage, support regression automation, and validate agent-generated output
- Delivery Execution
- Lead the delivery life-cycle for your product area - from discovery through launch - working closely with engineering and design
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback, usage data, and business impact
- Maintain a well-groomed, clearly prioritised backlog at all times
- Ensure features ship with the right instrumentation to measure adoption, frequency, and criticality
- Go-to-Market
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and launch plans for your product area
- Develop and deliver product presentations and demos to internal stakeholders and customers
- Support commercial teams with product expertise during sales cycles and customer escalations
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to gather insight and validate direction
- Act as a point of contact for product-related customer queries and escalations
- Analyse usage data continuously - activation, frequency, criticality - and feed findings into prioritisation
Desirable:
- Familiarity with RAG-based products, LLM-powered features, or agentic workflow tooling
- Demonstrable use of AI tooling in the product development life-cycle - show examples, not claims
- Experience writing specifications or user stories structured for AI coding agents
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to synthesise customer feedback or research at scale
- Exposure to PE-backed or exit-stage SaaS environments
- Experience with regulatory change management, obligation tracking, or GRC platforms
