Talent Acquisition Manager (part-time 3-4 days per week)

About the role:

The role will be to recruit the best talent in the market through direct sourcing and partnering closely with key stakeholders to truly understand their business needs. The role is the gatekeeper for our Talent Acquisition process, our Vixio culture, ensuring consistency across the business.

Alongside direct sourcing the role is to build our employer brand, raising Vixio’s profile as an employer of choice. This role will also play an instrumental in shaping our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Creating and building a Talent Acquisition strategy to support the business with their growth plans in the UK and US. This includes the end to end talent acquisition process.
  • Being proactive in utilising AI in our talent acquisition process.
  • Maintaining Vixio’s direct sourcing model of Talent Acquisition. This includes sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job websites, professional networks and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles through building up a deep understanding of Vixio and the roles we recruit for.
  • Being the Talent Acquisition expert across Vixio, supporting the business with candidate salary benchmarking and role profiles.
  • Partnering with key business stakeholders to understand our role requirements at Vixio. Building an understanding of technical and behavioural competencies required to be successful at Vixio. Keeping stakeholders informed at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining and building a selection toolkit for roles across the business, ensuring consistency and excellence in our recruitment process. Educate and support business stakeholders in their use, ensuring a high class Talent Acquisition experience for all.
  • Candidate management, keeping all candidates informed throughout their Talent Acquisition process at Vixio, ensuring that all candidates have an excellent experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Be actively involved in the Talent Acquisition process, screening and short listing candidates, and supporting stakeholders in the selection process.
  • Build Vixio’s Employer Brand. This will include reviewing our website, LinkedIn and Social Media and looking for opportunities to sell Vixio as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion is taken into account through our Talent Acquisition process, proactively looking to ensure equality for all. This could include introducing blind CVs, partnering with external organisations to provide access to alternative, diverse talent pipelines.
  • Own our Glassdoor profile, creating a strategy to further build our profile and feedback.
  • Responsible for reporting on key Talent Acquisition metrics, including but not limited to cost of recruitment, time to recruit, detail of our talent pipeline, including the diversity of our pipeline.
  • Managing all recruitment agency relationships where relevant, ensuring we partner with people who understand Vixio and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience of working within an In-House Talent Acquisition team, and managing the end to end process.
  • Experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of direct sourcing.
  • Proven experience of utilising AI within Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience of building an employer brand, including establishing partnerships with external organisations to build a talent pipeline.
  • Experience of recruiting in the US would be beneficial.
  • Working within an organisation with a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion would be beneficial.
