About the role: The Head of Product will input into the Product vision, strategy, and lead the Product execution across Vixio’s Customer facing platform areas: Gaming Compliance, Payments Compliance, Financial Services and our AI powered workflow management tools. This role is critical in aligning the product portfolio to Vixio’s unified platform ambition and ensuring scalable delivery of high-value, high-quality features that meet user needs and support commercial growth. They will lead a growing team of Product Managers and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Regulatory Intelligence, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience writing stories, epics, or specifications structured for AI coding agents (JIRA GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
- Experience building or managing products in a high-cadence, continuous delivery environment.
- Proven ability to synthesise large volumes of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback rapidly - ideally using AI-assisted tooling.
