At Vixio, we’re disrupting and building the future of regulatory intelligence. We are a pioneering RegTech SaaS company helping global organisations turn regulatory complexity into competitive advantage. Our platforms combine automation, AI‑enhanced insights and deep regulatory expertise to deliver real‑time regulatory intelligence and foresight. Through powerful tools, intelligent alerts and workflow automation, Vixio enables compliance teams to move beyond manual research and spreadsheets - empowering them to anticipate change, act faster and make confident strategic decisions.

Trusted by some of the world’s leading brands, across Payments, Banking and Gambling, our solutions provide actionable regulatory intelligence across more than 180 jurisdictions, helping organisations navigate risk, unlock new markets and stay ahead in rapidly evolving industries.

About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and go‑to‑market strategy for our new Regulatory Workflow SaaS Tool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements within the gambling and payments industries and a proven track record of bringing SaaS products to market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product road‑map for your assigned vertical(s), aligned to Vixio's strategic goals and commercial targets.
  • Conduct ongoing market research: customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory trends in gambling and payments.
  • Contribute to cross‑vertical road‑map reviews and OKR planning led by the Head of Product.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria structured for coding agents - precise preconditions, explicit edge cases, deterministic success criteria; not written for a human to interpret.
  • Use AI prototyping tools to validate feature concepts and UX hypotheses before engineering resource is committed.
  • Synthesise customer feedback, support tickets, usage data, and interview notes using AI tooling - processing high volumes of qualitative input at pace into structured product insight.
  • Operate within a fast release cadence (weekly or continuous delivery); adapt grooming, planning, and acceptance rituals accordingly.
  • Embed AI‑assisted testing into the delivery cycle: contribute to acceptance test coverage, support regression automation, and validate agent‑generated output.

Delivery Execution:

  • Lead the delivery life‑cycle for your product area - from discovery through launch - working closely with engineering and design.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback, usage data, and business impact.
  • Maintain a well‑groomed, clearly prioritised backlog at all times.
  • Ensure features ship with the right instrumentation to measure adoption, frequency, and criticality.

Go-to-Market:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and launch plans for your product area.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and demos to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support commercial teams with product expertise during sales cycles and customer escalations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to gather insight and validate direction.
  • Act as a point of contact for product‑related customer queries and escalations.
  • Analyse usage data continuously - activation, frequency, criticality - and feed findings into prioritisation.

Regulatory & Domain Knowledge:

  • Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements in your vertical - gambling and/or payments compliance.
  • Ensure product features and specifications accurately reflect regulatory obligations and workflow needs.
  • Share domain insight with engineering and commercial teams to inform delivery and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years in product management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable experience owning a product area through the full delivery life‑cycle - discovery, build, launch, iteration.
  • Experience in regulated markets: RegTech, FinTech, LegalTech, or Compliance preferred; deep familiarity with gambling or payments regulatory frameworks a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, continuous delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with RAG‑based products, LLM‑powered features, or agentic workflow tooling.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tooling in the product development life‑cycle - show examples, not claims.
  • Experience writing specifications or user stories structured for AI coding agents.
  • Experience using AI‑assisted tools to synthesise customer feedback or research at scale.
  • Exposure to PE‑backed or exit‑stage SaaS environments.
  • Experience with regulatory change management, obligation tracking, or GRC platforms.
