The Role: As Head of Product Marketing, you’ll be the voice of our products and the bridge between Product, Marketing and Commercial teams defining how Vixio’s solutions show up in the market and how we connect with our customers. You’ll define differentiated positioning, pricing and go‑to‑market motions; lead launches and competitive strategy; amplify sales productivity; and influence the product roadmap with deep market, customer and competitor insight. Your mission is to ensure that every product story Vixio tells is clear, compelling, and commercially powerful. You’ll guide the creation of product content, from sales collateral to thought leadership, ensuring every asset communicates value clearly and consistently. You’ll also lead customer‑facing product communications, crafting launch messaging, release updates and value‑based content that keeps customers informed and excited about what’s new. You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Product team to ensure market insights, customer feedback and messaging directly inform roadmap decisions. You’ll combine analytical thinking with creative storytelling, translating complex product capabilities into customer value and market impact. Working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing, you’ll design go‑to‑market strategies that resonate with our key buyer personas and accelerate growth across multiple regions.
If you’re a strategic thinker, confident communicator and proactive “starter‑finisher” who thrives on connecting data, narrative and commercial outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact at the centre of Vixio’s growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the story: Translate complex product features into clear, benefit‑driven messaging that connects emotionally and rationally with our target audience.
- Own positioning and differentiation: Develop market segmentation, messaging frameworks and competitive positioning that highlight Vixio’s unique value and category leadership.
- Lead product and feature launches: Plan and execute high‑impact launches that generate awareness, drive adoption and strengthen customer engagement, from pre‑launch strategy through post‑launch analysis.
- Drive customer marketing for product adoption: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver targeted launch communications, onboarding assets and nurture sequences that increase adoption and advocacy.
- Design go‑to‑market (GTM) plans: Build and deliver GTM strategies for new products, features and market expansions, aligning with Product, Sales and Marketing on target personas, channels and success metrics.
- Enable the sales team: Equip Sales with the tools, collateral and training they need to communicate value, handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Drive pricing and packaging strategy: Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams and Senior Leadership to develop pricing models and packages that reflect customer value and support revenue growth.
- Lead competitive intelligence: Continuously analyse competitors, market shifts and customer needs to shape Vixio’s positioning and inform strategic decisions.
- Shape category leadership: Develop narratives and thought leadership that define and elevate the regulatory intelligence and change management category, positioning Vixio as the trusted global leader.
- Measure and optimise impact: Work with the Head of Marketing Operations to track and analyse performance of messaging, launches and GTM plans; use data to refine positioning and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate across teams: Work hand‑in‑hand with Product, Marketing and Commercial leaders to ensure a consistent voice from market insight through to customer success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally within financial services, compliance or technology sectors.
