Role Description
The Temporary Sales Assistant will support daily retail operations at VIXII’s pop‑up location in London.
This role involves welcoming customers, providing knowledgeable product guidance, and promoting VIXII’s brand story and collections.
The role may occasionally involve capturing or taking part in social media content.
The VIXII Sales Assistant will handle sales transactions via Shopify POS, maintain an organized and visually appealing display area, assist with stock replenishment for both in‑stock and made‑to‑order pieces, and carry out basic inventory checks.
The position also includes answering customer inquiries, managing special requests, and supporting any in‑store events and activations.
This is a temporary, on‑site role that requires flexibility to work during peak retail hours (10 am‑7 pm) including weekends and evenings as needed.
Qualifications
