Vix Technology is seeking an engaged Field Service Engineer to support, maintain and improve our products and ancillary equipment across customer sites. You will perform corrective and preventative maintenance to meet customer requirements and contractual SLA/KPI targets.
Key responsibilities include fault diagnosis using electrical testing and Vix software, installation and commissioning of equipment, and ensuring documentation and safety standards are followed.
