Now, we’re looking for a Content Creator to join our marketing team and help shape the voice of brands that are making waves in mobility tech. The role: The role is based in our brand new Manchester HQ, with extensive travel. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, digitally-native candidate, at the early stage of their career, with a strong understanding of social media and content trends. You\'ll create content that connects with both industry professionals and wider audiences in a fun, fresh, and informative way. Our primary channel is LinkedIn, but you will also revive and improve our presence on YouTube, and launch and support the growth of Instagram and TikTok as new digital channels. It offers a unique opportunity to travel, capturing video content of our transport technology systems being installed and used in real-world environments in the U.K. and around the world. You’ll be telling the story of mobility innovation, on the ground and behind the scenes. This is a fantastic chance to excel in content creation, do things differently, and get your work seen by a growing industry audience. You’ll be a confident communicator, respectful and professional when interacting with customers, partners and industry colleagues. This role will also provide opportunities to build skills and experience in B2B marketing, as part of a friendly team who will mentor you, and help you grow. What you’ll be doing: Support content creation across multiple channels including LinkedIn and YouTube Produce compelling short-form video content tailored to our social platforms Launch and populate Instagram as a new digital channel Travel in the U.K. and abroad to film content showcasing transport technology in action Capture customer stories, product installations, and city transport experiences Produce content that conveys the unique qualities of our people and culture Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues and product and commercial teams to learn about our business and turn complex ideas into accessible, entertaining content. Learn how to use our CRM HubSpot to put your content at the heart of campaigns. Test content, monitor performance, and provide ideas for optimisation Provide support for marketing campaigns and events, as required. What we’re looking for: A graduate of Digital Media, Marketing, or Journalism course (or similar) with proven experience creating and publishing short-form video content to social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Some experience of working in a B2B or tech marketing environment would be an added bonus. An interest in transport, smart cities, or sustainability would also be valued.
