Vivup is seeking a commercially minded solicitor for a 10-month maternity cover role within our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. This remote, London-based position starts in September and reports to the GRC Director, covering commercial contracts, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across the business.
You will negotiate SaaS MSAs, DPAs, privacy obligations, and navigate UK GDPR, NHS frameworks, and multi-jurisdictional compliance while collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer.
