Does this sound like you? You’re an engaging and confident communicator who loves bringing products to life. You thrive on helping people get the most out of what they use, whether that’s through a lively webinar, a hands-on workshop, or an in-person engagement day. Organised, proactive, and people-focused, you enjoy collaborating across teams and using insight and feedback to continuously improve the experience you deliver.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

As our Training & Engagement Specialist, you’ll sit within our Client Marketing team and play a key role in driving product engagement and long-term value across the Perkbox platform. You’ll design and deliver scalable, engaging training experiences that help clients and users feel confident, informed, and excited about using Perkbox. Working closely with Client Success and Product Marketing, you’ll ensure training is relevant, impactful, and aligned to our wider client journey.

Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Deliver an engaging calendar of webinars that help clients and users maximise value from Perkbox at scale
  • Create and run bespoke training sessions for key clients, both virtually and in person
  • Attend engagement days across the UK, representing Perkbox and driving engagement across priority accounts
  • Partner closely with our Client Success team to understand client goals and tailor training accordingly
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to keep all training content accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments
  • Capture and share client and user feedback, feeding into our voice of the customer loop
  • Track performance metrics to support a more data-driven, repeatable, and scalable approach to education and engagement

To be successful, you'll have:

  • A natural ability to present clearly and confidently, with a genuine love of engaging an audience
  • Experience delivering virtual and in-person training, workshops, or product demos
  • Confidence facilitating both one-to-many webinars and smaller, tailored sessions
  • The skill to translate product features into simple, practical guidance
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with Client Success, Marketing, Customer Services, and Product teams
  • An interest in using feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience
  • A proactive, organised approach and enthusiasm for driving more value to clients and users

Ideally, you’ll hold a full UK driving licence to support travel to client sites, including more remote locations. Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation.
