Responsibilities
- The SDR team at Perkbox Vivup is the engine room of the go-to-market function. As an integral part of the team in London, you’ll work to generate new business opportunities that drive our pipeline growth across the EMEA region.
- You’ll work with both Marketing-generated inbound and self-generated outbound leads to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to close.
- You’ll be prospecting through various channels in order to share our employee value proposition, taking the opportunity to face and handle objections head-on and explain the real impact that Perkbox Vivup can have on employees.
- Proactively source new outbound leads.
- Generate interest in Perkbox Vivup by utilising multiple channels including email, phone calls, LinkedIn and video.
- Book and take qualification calls with prospects to uncover their needs & qualify or disqualify them as an opportunity.
- Clearly communicate the Perkbox Vivup value proposition and sensibly navigate and overcome objections.
- Deliver fantastic customer service to prospects throughout all aspects of the sales process.
- Schedule demos of the Perkbox Vivup platform with qualified prospects for our team of Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating with the AEs to ensure a smooth lead handover process.
- Update and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads in Salesforce and ensure consistently good data hygiene.
- Collaborate with the SDR team, sharing best practises, peer to peer training and supporting a culture of constant learning.
Qualifications
- 1 year+ of sales related experience.
- Strong Communication Skills – Confident, clear communicator, comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails to potential leads.
- Goal-Oriented – Motivated to meet or exceed lead-generation targets and KPIs.
- Proactive Attitude – Able to identify new opportunities and stay resilient in reaching out to potential clients.
- Research Skills – Ability to research and identify potential leads within target markets.
- Interest in Sales and Business Development – Eager to learn sales techniques, understand the sales funnel, and support the sales team’s efforts.

The interview process
- A 30 minute initial call with the Talent Team.
- A 1 hour interview with the Global Head of Sales Development.
- An at-home task.
- A presentation of the task to a panel including Sales leadership.
