Perkbox is recruiting a Customer Success Manager for our Mid-Market team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will nurture a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving engagement, adoption and value with support from a Contract Manager.
You’ll use data-driven workflows to prioritise engagement, manage risk, and help customers realise value from our platform. Hybrid in London or Sheffield, with office presence required twice weekly.
