Here at Vivobarefoot, we are currently recruiting for a People Administrator to join our Ecosystem! You will provide essential people administrative support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and excellent employee experience aligned with Vivobarefoot’s regenerative mission. WHERE YOU’LL PLAY

As our People Administrator, you will be the trusted first point of contact for all People queries, offering timely, accurate and human‑centred support across the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, BCorp, learning, employee relations, engagement and off‑boarding. You will elevate the integrity of our employee data, support to strengthen our People systems and processes so they are accurate, transparent and trusted. You will own the smooth delivery of People administration, programmes and initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement and operational effectiveness.

All About You

  • At least 1 year of People/HR experience, grounded in empathy, relationship‑building and belief in human potential.
  • A natural cross‑functional collaborator with clear, authentic communication and the confidence to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A curious and proactive learner who keeps pace with evolving employment legislation and applies it with integrity and care.
  • Highly organised and impact‑driven, with strong administrative, coordination and project management skills - able to balance detail with big‑picture purpose.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments, building trust and connection across the collective.
  • Discreet and professional, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and respectful handling of sensitive information.
