As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will partner closely with leaders across E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth through commercial insight, investment appraisal and strategic financial planning. You will play a key role in supporting our retail expansion, improving unit economics and margin performance, and bringing Vivo’s long-term growth ambitions to life through data-driven decision making. You will also help define the next chapter of Commercial Finance at Vivo by personally applying AI, automation and data tools to materially improve how insight is generated — reducing manual effort and increasing the speed and quality of business decision-making.

Building the commercial and analytical foundations that enable better decision-making, sustainable growth and long-term value creation:

  • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making and deliver sustainable business outcomes
  • Translate financial and operational data into clear insights, recommendations and growth opportunities
  • Build and deploy scalable analytical models, tools and workflows that improve decision-making and reduce reliance on manual processes
  • Apply AI and automation to accelerate insight generation, simplify analysis and increase output quality
  • Develop a deep understanding of Vivo's commercial performance, key value drivers and unit economics
  • Support the preparation and evolution of monthly Performance Reviews for the leadership team, delivering meaningful, insight-led analysis
  • Provide cover for FP&A activities when required

Supporting effective capital allocation and strategic decision-making through robust commercial analysis and investment appraisal:

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial decision support through business cases and scenario modelling
  • Deliver actionable insight across E-commerce, Wholesale and Retail channels
  • Own and continuously improve the retail store appraisal model
  • Lead margin value creation analysis across pricing, logistics and cost drivers
  • Apply AI-enabled approaches to modelling and commercial analysis
  • Continuously automate and streamline finance processes

Develop scalable financial models and AI-enabled self-service tools:

  • Deliver insight-driven performance reporting
  • Simplify outputs through automation and visualisation

Support the annual Integrated Reporting cycle and foster strong cross-functional relationships:

  • Experiment with AI tools and share learnings

All About You:

  • ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years commercial finance experience
  • Strong modelling and analytical skills
  • Experience using AI or automation tools
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI / ERP tools
  • Builder mindset with focus on automation and scalability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
