Our Bristol store is transitioning from classic retail into our first ever outlet store, and we are recruiting for a Store Manager who can lead that change and shape what comes next. Vivobarefoot exists to reconnect people with their feet, and through their feet, with nature. Wide toe boxes, zero drop, barefoot strength soles: we make shoes that let feet function the way they were designed to.

As an outlet, Bristol will give people access to our unique styles at outlet prices, and it'll remain home to ReVivo, where we give old Vivo's a second life in store. You'll guide the store through the transition, then set the tone, standards, and culture for our outlet model going forward, the blueprint other stores may follow.

Where you'll play
  • Lead the store through its transition from classic retail to outlet, and own every part of its operation once there: sales, service, stock, and your team.
  • Build and run sales strategies suited to an outlet environment, driving revenue and hitting targets.
  • Keep the space sharp, organised, and true to the brand throughout the change.
  • Read your sales and inventory data and turn it into smart stock decisions.
  • Lead a team that can bring our story to life on the shop floor.
  • Handle customer issues quickly, fairly, and with genuine care.
  • Set the standards that keep the store safe, inclusive, and productive.
  • Coach your colleagues with regular feedback that helps them grow through the change and beyond.
  • Build connection between our ecosystem, from retail teams to our HQs.
All about you
  • Store management experience in retail, footwear, outdoor, or wellbeing brands are a big plus.
  • Experience managing change or leading a team through a transition is a strong advantage.
  • A natural at leading and motivating a team toward targets and great service.
  • Track record of building sales strategies that actually move revenue; outlet or discount retail experience is a bonus.
  • A strong communicator, with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, from customer complaints to team issues.
  • You lead by example on the shop floor, not just from behind a desk.
  • Comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Foster stronger alignment across our ecosystem, from retail teams to HQ.

Vivobarefoot believes that diversity is the essence of its ecosystem. We encourage diversity of thought and believe that it enables creativity and innovation to flourish. Our mission is to create a fair and equitable workplace where people thrive and are empowered to become their true selves at work. We believe that feedback and fostering collaboration will allow employees to blaze new trails and enjoy every aspect of the Vivobarefoot community.

Every opportunity for recruiting a new member of the Vivobarefoot family should be an opportunity for us to introduce fresh perspectives, talent and skills into our community. Therefore, our commitment is to recruit regardless of race, colour, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, mental health illness, disability, marital or parental status, national or social origin, gender identity, age or any other characteristics protected by law. We look forward to walking this barefoot journey with you!

Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems
