As Head of CRM, you'll shape how we engage customers at every stage, driving retention, loyalty and long-term value.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role, responsible for the performance and evolution of Vivobarefoot’s CRM programmes.
You will lead the CRM team, develop our lifecycle, loyalty and engagement strategy, and use customer insight, data and experimentation to drive measurable growth in repeat purchase, engagement and customer lifetime value.
You will work closely with Customer Experience, Brand, Product, Commercial and Technology teams to ensure CRM activity is customer‑centric, commercially effective and aligned with our wider mission.

- Own and evolve Vivobarefoot's CRM strategy across lifecycle, loyalty and referrals
- Lead CRM revenue targets, forecasting and performance reporting
- Drive experimentation and continuous optimisation across all programmes
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing CRM team
- Oversee Vivo Rewards and referral programmes, deepening loyalty and advocacy
- Champion customer insight and segmentation to sharpen every interaction
- Manage our CRM tech stack: Bloomreach, Attentive, Mention Me and Antavo
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all CRM activity and regions

- Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing leader with a strong retention track record
- Commercially minded you own targets, build forecasts and drive outcomes
- Deep understanding of loyalty, referral programmes and customer segmentation
- Confident with data, behavioural insight and test‑and‑learn approaches
- Experience leading and developing CRM teams
- Familiar with modern CRM platforms and marketing technology ecosystems
- Excellent communicator with strong cross‑functional stakeholder skills
