We have a core belief that our toxic, sedentary lifestyles are making humans, and the planet, sick. So we are on a mission to change it. At Vivobarefoot, we are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect to own the architecture between Shopify (commerce) and NetSuite (finance & operations) and join us on our mission to reconnect people and planet.
We are a fast-growing, global digital brand and as we scale, our technology needs to evolve to support world-class ecommerce experiences. As our Enterprise Architect you will bring clarity and scale to a complex commerce environment, you will define how systems work together and how decisions hold up under growth. This is a hands-on, decision-owning role. You will be accountable for architectural choices that directly impact revenue, financial integrity, operational effectiveness, and how quickly the business can move.
Experience & Background
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture within complex digital or retail environments
- Proven experience architecting Shopify Plus within ERP-led ecosystems (NetSuite or equivalent)
- Experience operating at Enterprise Architect / Principal Architect level
- Strong stakeholder influence across technical and executive leadership
- Experience defining source-of-truth models, data ownership, and integration governance
- Exposure to multi-region, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments
You will operate across Vivobarefoot's full enterprise landscape, shaping how our commerce, ERP, fulfilment, product, and data platforms work together as we scale. This includes deep involvement in order-to-cash and inventory flows, financial and tax integrity, returns and fulfilment models, and multi-subsidiary operating structures.
You will define clear system boundaries, data ownership, and integration patterns across ERP, commerce, PLM, PIM, DAM, WMS, and analytics platforms; balancing speed to market with long-term operational and financial correctness. Your decisions will guide system-of-record ownership, product and SKU lifecycle governance, and the long-term architectural health of the business.
All About You
We are looking for a commercially minded Enterprise Architect with deep experience operating at the intersection of commerce platforms and ERP systems at scale. You are a strategic systems thinker who has seen how early architectural decisions shape financial integrity, operational scalability, and data governance for years to come. This role exists to provide architectural clarity, long-term decision governance, and system accountability across the enterprise landscape.
