Vivobarefoot is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This role will provide essential financial, administrative, and clerical support, primarily within Accounts Payable and Banking, with the opportunity to expand into Accounts Receivable. You'll play a key role in keeping our finance processes running smoothly and efficiently, while collaborating across the team on ad hoc projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing Vivo's AI invoice reading tool (Yooz) and ensuring it is fully integrated with our Purchase to Pay process
- Accurately entering supplier invoices and credit notes into NetSuite
- Preparing weekly batch payment runs, customer refunds, and ad hoc payment requests
- Sending timely payment remittances to suppliers
- Reconciling Accounts Payable supplier ledger accounts
- Requesting and reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries
- Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting with Balance Sheet account analysis
- Leading regular reviews of Trade Creditors ledger with the Finance Manager
- Updating the weekly cashflow forecast and partnering with departments to review costs against budgets
- Identifying opportunities to streamline the Purchase to Pay process through automation and AI
