Technical Operational Engineer Location: West Midlands - Onsite Full-time, Permanent Are you ready to take the next step in your technical or visual design career? As they continue to grow, they\'re looking to add a Technical Operations Engineer to their in-house team, someone with a passion for bridging the gap between design, engineering, and production. What You\'ll Be doing: Developing and improving testing processes - Help shape and document testing procedures and tools used in production environments. Working across technical teams - Collaborate with internal departments to support product development, solve design challenges, and assess technical feasibility. Providing hands-on engineering support - Assist with product launches, create technical documentation, and support troubleshooting both in-house and occasionally on-site. Contributing to continuous improvement - Recommend and implement system or process updates, support PCB design tasks, and assist in evaluating bespoke product requests. What You\'ll bring: HNC level 3 or higher Knowledge of 2D CAD and ECAD Ability to read and understand basic circuit diagrams including circuit interpretation, fault diagnosis, soldering, and assembly techniques. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project needs, and work efficiently under pressure
