What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience booking and coordinating service or engineering visits in a technical or field services setting.
- Confident in handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional, friendly manner.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Comfortable using web-based systems for data entry, document uploads, and maintaining online accounts.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Organise commissioning and rectification visits, liaising with customers and engineers.
- Maintain and update engineer diaries, adjusting for cancellations or last-minute changes.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure all technical, site, and customer information is up to date.
- Monitor system faults, arrange rectification visits, and assign engineers accordingly.
- Maintain the Smart Scan portal: upload certificates, drawings, contract details, and more.
- Set up and manage customer web accounts.
- Ensure all pre- and post-commissioning information is captured and updated as needed.
