Responsibilities
As a Specification Manager, your key responsibilities will include: New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients and project opportunities within the assigned region. Specification Sales: Secure product specifications and oversee projects from inception to successful order conversion. Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, local authorities, and end users. Lighting Design: Utilize Relux software to produce lighting designs that support customer projects and meet their specific requirements.
Qualifications

Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record in lighting specification sales or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with working alongside consultants, contractors, architects, local authorities, and end users within the lighting sector.
Results-Oriented Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based sales environment and is driven to achieve targets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using lighting design software such as Relux is highly desirable.
Your daily activities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base.
