This role sits at the centre of the customer journey, combining regulated mortgage advice with relationship-led conversations around faith-based finance.
The Role:
- Provide regulated residential mortgage advice to new and existing customers
- Support customers through purchase and remortgage journeys
- Clearly explain how Sharia-compliant mortgage products work in practice
- Confidently address customer questions around faith, ethics and product structure
- Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Recent and relevant residential mortgage advice experience (mainstream or high-street lending)
- Strong grounding in standard residential mortgage products
