Work Schedule: 2-3 Days in the Office
Salary: £NEG on experience

Vivo have been retained to help an SME Bank search for a Head of Operational Assurance. This role requires a hands-on leader who has experience in the following:

1. Building & deploying operational frameworks for policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
2. Implementing a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the bank is providing a \”customer first\” approach and staying abreast of regulatory requirements (FCA Rules, Data Protection, AML, etc.)

We need someone who is a confident communicator, can work in high tempo environments, and is able to make & execute strategic decisions quickly.

This role will be working as the \”right hand\” of the COO, ensuring the operation is run with the utmost integrity.
