Fabrication Supervisor

Location : Redditch Salary : 40,000 Duration : Permanent Fabrication Supervisor We are hiring for a Fabrication Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are achieved. The role involves supervising fabrication personnel and managing activities including laser cutting, welding, metal fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes. Reporting To : Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities, including laser cutting, welding, bending, assembly, and finishing operations. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fabricators, welders, and machine operators. Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Monitor laser cutting and welding operations to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Allocate work and resources effectively to meet production deadlines. Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
