Vivo Talent are working with a SaaS company to recruit a customer-focused and technically minded Product Consultant to join their team.

You'll act as the bridge between their clients and the product teams, ensuring successful implementation, configuration and adoption of the software solutions. As the Product Consultant you'll become a SME on their products and work closely with clients to understand their requirements and delivering from implementation to go-live.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Sales and Customer Success to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an SME on lending products.
  • Consult with clients to understand business processes, lending workflows and operational requirements.
  • Configure applications to meet customer requirements while ensuring alignment with product capabilities and best practices.
  • Work closely with Development, QA, Sales and Product teams to deliver high-quality automated lending and credit solutions.
  • Coordinate and support clients through System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Lead and support successful product go-live events, providing guidance throughout implementation and transition to production.
  • Analyse customer workflows and identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and user experience.
  • Produce clear documentation, deliver product demonstrations and provide training to customers and internal stakeholders as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, software consulting, product management, or a similar customer-facing software role.
  • Strong understanding of lending, loan origination or credit decisioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience mapping business processes and translating customer requirements into software solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
