Overview: Opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering a CRM transformation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. This role will focus on defining, improving and implementing business processes aligned to a new CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements
- Lead process mapping workshops (current and future state)
- Translate business needs into clear documentation
- Support CRM implementation, system design and UAT
- Manage risks, issues and support change/adoption activities
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
Desirable
- CRM implementation experience
- Understanding of sales, marketing or customer service processes
