What you'll do:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse, document and prioritise requirements that support the organisation's long-term strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex financial services and systems requirements into clear specifications, process flows and use cases.
- Support continuous product discovery and improvement through data, customer insights, and experimentation.
- Identify dependencies and risks across the full lifecycle, ensuring solutions are efficient and compliant.
- Embed regulatory, security and risk considerations into every aspect of the solution design.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, banking, or FinTech, with deep understanding of systems and regulatory frameworks.
