Job Title: Business Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: West-Midlands
Employment Type: Part-Time (3 Days/Week)
Responsibilities
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, including sales bridge analysis and various KPIs
- Process sales orders and prepare sales quotations using existing templates
- Handle customer enquiries primarily via email, with follow-up calls if needed
- Issue quotations and update records on the CRM system
- Use Sage 200 for order processing
- Collaborate with internal team members and train with the sales quotation lead to gain in-depth product knowledge
- Provide frontline support for sales and customer service queries
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal procedures
- Analyse data for business decision-making and performance tracking
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (reporting and analysis)
- Experience in business administration or business analysis
- Familiarity with sales bridge analysis and KPI reporting
- Ability to manage quotations and sales orders independently
