We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-performing patch covering Kent, East Sussex, Crawley and Brighton. The territory has a strong base of existing specification business, alongside clear opportunities to further grow and develop new projects. You will inherit established relationships while being expected to actively identify and secure new specification-led opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts while actively developing new project opportunities across the area.
  • Develop relationships with consultants, consulting engineers, and end users, particularly within hospitals and universities.
  • Drive new project opportunities while protecting and expanding existing accounts.
  • Promote a high-quality, technically advanced lighting portfolio into specification-led projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery and long-term customer relationships.

  • Proven experience in lighting specification sales is essential.
