Marketing Manager -Lighting Manufacturing Brand
📍 Hybrid North Birmingham
We are partnering with a fantastic lighting manufacturing brand that is now bringing its marketing function in-house.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company’s marketing activities and make a real impact.
About the Role
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the brand’s marketing strategy across multiple channels. Previously outsourced, this is a newly created position giving you the chance to put your own stamp on how the brand is represented.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms

Planning and executing PR launches and product campaigns

Creating engaging content and marketing collateral

Working closely with senior management to develop and implement marketing plans

Monitoring performance and reporting on campaign success
About You
We welcome applications from both junior and experienced Marketing Managers. You’ll bring creativity, initiative and strong communication skills. Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing or the lighting industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
