We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our client\’s CEO and the wider C-suite. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a strong background in working as a Personal Assistant and capable of handling a variety of tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
  • Manage the CEO’s and C-suite executives\’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, C-suite, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/PA
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
