We’re working with an organisation going through significant change at the moment and are looking for a Business Analyst who will be assisting on a system migration project.
This role will be playing a key part in ensuring the migration runs smoothly, supporting system optimisation, process improvement and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Lead enhancements and optimisation initiatives
- Support transformation projects, including system upgrades and integrations
- Produce functional specifications, process maps and user stories
- Assist with UAT, training and post-implementation support
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on system migration project
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
