HR Systems Analyst

Birmingham | Up to £50K + Benefits

We’re hiring an HR Systems Analyst to join a Group HR Systems team, supporting the day-to-day maintenance, development, and reporting of integrated HR and payroll systems across a multi-national business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop, and support HR systems, ensuring security, data integrity, and compliance with GDPR and company policies.

• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules across the business.

• Develop and maintain system structures, workflows, security, and access controls to meet business needs.

• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user queries, and escalate technical problems to providers where necessary.

• Provide system administration, including data uploads, cleansing, integrity checks, and workflow design.

• Conduct user training, develop system documentation, and improve reporting tools.

• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the HR and Payroll teams in using HRIS reporting tools.

• Assist in delivering governance reporting for people-related data.

• Support the research and implementation of new technologies to enhance HR system capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with HR systems (PeopleXD preferred) and data management.

• Background in supporting critical business systems and users.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and team oriented.
