Vivo Talent is working with a growing Bank based in Birmingham to recruit a Cash & Payments associate into their team.

You’ll play a critical role in managing incoming and outgoing payments related to the Bank’s transactions – ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer-related payments including loan completions and drawdowns
• Perform timely reconciliations and resolve suspense items
• Produce accurate transaction reports, including bank reconciliations for lending and deposit accounts
• Analyse account balances and maturing deposits (direct and via deposit aggregators)
• Assist with the maintenance of payment mandates and signatories in coordination with banking partners
• Support internal teams with payment-related queries and investigations

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a payments or finance role, ideally within the financial services sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
