Vivo Talent are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s team and support the development of lending products within a global SaaS platform. This is a product-led role, ideal for someone who can balance customer needs, commercial priorities and long-term product strategy. You’ll work in a lean, agile environment, partnering closely with other departments to ensure they’re solving the right problems and delivering real customer and business value.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse and document product requirements aligned to the product vision and roadmap
- Translate product needs into clear specifications, process flows and use cases
- Support Product Owners with user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritisation
- Contribute to continuous product discovery using customer insight, data and experimentation
- Identify dependencies across the full credit lifecycle (origination to collections)
- Collaborate day-to-day with engineering, design and QA in an agile setup
- Embed regulatory, security and risk considerations into all requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a software product environment (FinTech or Financial Services)
- Hands-on experience working in lean agile teams (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid)
- Product-first mindset with a focus on outcomes over outputs
- Confident communicator who can challenge feature requests constructively
- Data-driven and analytical, with good judgement on when qualitative insight is needed
