Contract and Location
Full Time, Permanent – Location: Larkhill (100% Office Based). Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm).
About the Role
As the PPM Team Leader, you will lead a team of five administrators, managing day‑to‑day operations, development and performance. You will oversee planned preventative maintenance administration activities, procurement processes, reporting requirements and stakeholder communications, ensuring accurate, on‑time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management and development of the administration team.
- Generate and analyze performance data, support month‑end reporting and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage attendance and wellbeing, handle employee relations aspects, and support disciplinary and performance management with HR.
- Maintain strong working relationships and excellent communication with clients, customers, service providers, supply partners and internal operational teams.
- Support procurement and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
What You’ll Need
- Confident people leader with experience leading an administration team or supervisory/leadership experience.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experienced in a fast‑paced administrative environment, managing competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills – analysis, reporting and operational decision‑making.
- Experience using Maximo beneficial; training can be provided.
- Organised, proactive and resilient, with experience managing performance and coaching team members.
- Strong analytical, communication and customer‑focused mindset.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain BPSS Security Clearance.
- Comfortable working in an office‑based environment at Larkhill.
