Are you a highly organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Administrator to join our Accommodation Compliance team at Larkhill.
Working within a close-knit team of five, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating information, managing data, supporting projects, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of compliance-led accommodation upgrade projects. This is an office-based position where you will provide essential back-office support to ensure compliance activities are managed effectively and projects are delivered efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Maintaining and updating compliance records
- Checking certification and documentation
- Raising remedial works
- Requesting and tracking contractor quotations
- Scheduling BPSS clearances
- Ensuring all project and asset information remains accurate and up to date
- Producing reports
- Monitoring workflows
- Supporting the wider team with a range of administrative activities that contribute to the successful delivery of compliance programmes
Working closely with the Asset Management, Compliance and Customer Experience teams, you will build strong working relationships across the business and may also interact directly with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and our clients. As such, strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
This role operates on a rotating working pattern of either 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, offering some flexibility within the team.
What’s required
To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration or coordination experience gained ideally within a housing, property, maintenance, facilities management or compliance environment. You will be comfortable working to deadlines, managing competing priorities and maintaining accuracy, even when working under pressure. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential, as much of the role involves managing and analysing data. Experience of using Maximo or a similar asset management system would be advantageous. Most importantly, you will be highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent levels of accuracy.
