The Role

At VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and Equans, we\’re proud to deliver essential services to the UK\’s defence infrastructure. As a Junior Supply Chain Manager based at our DSTL Porton Down site, you\’ll play a crucial role in supporting our core operations for our DSTL and RFCA contracts by helping shape and deliver a supply chain that\’s efficient, responsive, and forward-thinking.

You won\’t just be sitting behind a desk-you\’ll be collaborating with technical experts, building strong supplier relationships, analysing performance data, and making smart decisions that directly influence project success. From sourcing and evaluating suppliers to driving innovation and sustainability, your day-to-day work will have a visible, positive impact on how we deliver for our clients and the wider defence estate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in procurement or supply chain who\’s looking for a step up in responsibility. You\’ll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team, but also trusted to take initiative and make your mark. Whether you\’re reviewing supplier performance, coordinating reviews, running data reports, or identifying new opportunities, every day brings a new challenge to tackle and new skills to grow.
