Vivo Defence is seeking a diligent Void Maintenance Officer to manage vacant Service Family Accommodation across a designated area, ensuring properties remain secure, wind and weatherproof, and maintained to a high standard during void periods.
You will inspect properties, produce condition surveys, identify defects, and prepare initial scopes of work for repairs, while driving continuous improvement in the void maintenance process.
Travel across the area is required.
