VIVO Defence Services is seeking a COM Supervisor/COM Manager to oversee planned and reactive maintenance at RAF Lakenheath, Mildenhall and Feltwell. You will lead a team of 9 engineers, manage subcontractors, ensure RAMS and safety compliance, and maintain high service standards for US visiting forces.
Effective communication with DIO, HoE, and the USVF client, plus toolbox talks and mentoring apprentices, will be essential to deliver on-time, quality work while upholding security clearances.
