- Maintaining CPI defect registers and scheduling remedial works to meet KPIs
- Coordinating CPI subcontractors for insurance inspections

- Owning jobs end-to-end by coordinating access, tracking KPIs, escalating issues, and closing tasks
- Raising and tracking reactive follow-up work orders
- Supporting the raising of subcontractor and supplier purchase orders
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reactive performance reporting
The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH, IOSH, or British Safety Council safety certification (desirable) and have strong administration experience. Qualification or proven experience with Microsoft Office is important, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be someone who naturally collaborates by building strong working relationships, supports colleagues, and contributes positively to team meetings along with communicating with external agencies and companies. You will contribute ideas to improve processes and proactively identify and suggest solutions. You will manage your workload effectively, plan ahead, and flag potential risks early.
To be eligible for this role you must be able to pass SC Clearance.
This is an opportunity to be part of a critical contract supporting a key UK defence site. You will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment, gain exposure to complex estate operations and compliance activity, and have the chance to shape processes, improve performance, and make a real difference.
If you are ready to take ownership, drive improvements, and play a vital role in operational delivery at RAF Lakenheath, we would love to hear from you.
