Overview
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, based at RAF Lakenheath, with additional responsibilities at RAF Feltwell and RAF Mildenhall. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of married family houses (MFH) and other VIVO facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards for military families. Predominantly working in pairs, your responsibilities will include deep cleaning vacant family homes, ensuring carpets, ovens, and domestic appliances are spotless. You will also be responsible for managing stock levels and attending Quality Assurance Evaluations (QAEs) to address any cleaning snags. In addition to family housing, you will contribute to keeping VIVO offices and facilities clean and well-maintained. Clear communication and teamwork will be essential to your role, helping to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. You will be travelling between RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall and RAF Feltwell in a provided work vehicle and fuel card.
