VIVO is seeking a Security and Fraud Officer to join our Legal Team and play a key role in safeguarding our people, operations, and reputation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by doing the right thing and wants to develop their expertise in a dynamic, high-profile environment supporting the MOD estate.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the Security and Fraud Team in detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud and security risks while helping ensure the organization meets its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. You will work across a broad range of activities, combining technical awareness, procedural understanding, and stakeholder engagement.
From the outset, you will contribute to the delivery of security and fraud policies and training across the business, helping to embed a strong culture of ethics and awareness. As your confidence and experience grow, you will take increasing ownership of investigations and begin providing expert advice across the organization.
You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels, acting as a key point of contact for security and fraud matters and influencing teams to maintain high standards of compliance. Your work will include supporting the review and implementation of Fraud Prevention and Security Management Plans, ensuring appropriate vetting checks are carried out for staff and contractors, and maintaining the integrity of systems and processes.
