We provide facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. This role reports to the Built Estate Manager and involves managing reactive and programmed maintenance, ensuring key performance indicators and first‑time fix targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assure all reactive and programmed maintenance, Billable Works on site, ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
- Oversee delivery of Reactive & Programmed maintenance to meet KPIs and contractual First Time Fix requirements.
- Conduct programmed maintenance inspections and assurance activities.
- Provide technical support and advice to DIO and HoE representatives.
- Review inspection reports, certifications, and raise remedial tasks and Statements of Need.
- Collaborate with Mobile APs to ensure compliance with JSP 375, reduce energy consumption, and initiate Billable Works.
- Manage FGas and waste compliance within the establishment.
- Act as single point of contact to resolve end‑user issues and ensure timely, satisfactory complaint resolution.
Qualifications
- Experienced hard FM maintenance manager with a planned/reactive maintenance background and experience managing high‑volume, low‑value projects.
- Competent people manager with KPI management, reporting, and IOSH knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance.
- Technical qualifications such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are an advantage but not essential.
