Position Details
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent
- Location: RAF Menwith Hill
- Working Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to £31,000 per year
Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Sewage Plant Operative to maintain and operate the site's sewage treatment plant. Responsibilities include maintenance, sampling, testing, repairs, and minor installations, with a focus on safety and compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with military personnel, DIO, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Water/Wastewater Operations or similar
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in wastewater/sewage plant environment (desirable)
- Ability to obtain 'SC' security clearance
- British or American nationality
