At VIVO, we're looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence and build strong customer relationships across a diverse portfolio of military sites. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, influence strategic decisions and play a key role in delivering critical facilities management and infrastructure services that support Defence capability.

You’ll oversee the delivery of planned maintenance, reactive works and additional services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) representatives, customers, operational teams and supply chain partners, you’ll ensure service excellence while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future growth.

As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll have responsibility for operational performance, financial management and commercial outcomes across your region. You’ll inspire and develop a diverse team, creating a culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with statutory, contractual and health and safety requirements.

This is a varied leadership role where no two days are the same. From managing budgets and contract performance to strengthening customer relationships and driving innovation, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of one of the UK’s most important infrastructure contracts. As the business continues to grow, so too will the scale and influence of this position, offering excellent long-term career development.

About You: You’ll be an experienced operational leader with a strong background in hard services facilities management, construction, engineering or property maintenance, and you’ll thrive in managing complex, multi-site operations. You’ll have experience leading large teams, managing budgets, delivering against demanding KPIs and building trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and supply chain partners.

You’ll understand how to balance operational delivery with commercial performance, making sound decisions that deliver value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and safety. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate teams, manage change and continuously improve performance.

Ideally you’ll hold an HND or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, together with a management-level health and safety qualification such as SMSTS or NEBOSH. Experience working within Defence, MOD or highly regulated environments, knowledge of CDM Regulations and CAFM systems such as Maximo would be advantageous, although not essential for candidates with transferable leadership experience.

If you’re looking for a senior leadership opportunity where you can make a real difference, influence strategic delivery and grow your career within one of the UK’s leading Defence infrastructure organisations, we’d love to hear from you.
