We put our customers and families first, and we are looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes efficiently. The role supports military accommodation across RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Feltwell.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve military accommodation, including Single Living Accommodation (SLA) dormitories and Military Family Housing (MFH).
- Transform empty properties to a high standard, preparing surfaces, repairing defects, removing old paint, and applying high-quality finishes.
- Work independently while meeting demanding turnaround times, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Attend inspections, complete snagging works, and leave work areas clean, safe, and ready for occupation.
- Use access equipment safely and follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills as a client-facing member of the team.
Requirements
- Painting and decorating experience with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work to high standards and tight timescales.
- Strong communication skills.
- A full UK driver’s licence.
- Ability to pass SC clearance.
