Responsibilities
- Support delivery of reactive, planned, and void maintenance services across a large, complex accommodation portfolio.
- Coordinate scheduling for onsite operatives, ensuring efficient planning and safe completion of work.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates across operational systems to maximise efficiency and visibility.
- Coordinate customer solutions, manage feedback, and ensure high-standard interactions.
- Assist with resource planning, including holiday rota coordination and identifying additional resources as needed.
- Produce reports, maintain data accuracy, and keep system information up to date.
- Liaise with the National Accommodation Model provider to maintain effective working relationships.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in scheduling within facilities management or maintenance.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- GCSE-level English and Mathematics.
- Knowledge of safe working practices in a building or FM environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to produce concise reports.
- Ability to prioritise, anticipate workload demands, and adapt in changing situations.
